Our expert consultancy services were crucial to the successful development, completion and compliance of this major £3.75M project.
We guided our client, the operator, and their design team through facility and systems design, equipment specification and patient/staff -specific interior design. Acting as an extension to their business, we represented them in all building and planning matters, eradicating all non-compliant issues. Our experience in healthcare ensured a fit-for-purpose and best value solution allowing the client and their management team to concentrate on care delivery, achievement of CQC registration and running the business.
On completion of the building, and with a Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment budget of £275,000, the Hawk project management team then took the lead ensuring the complete fixtures, fittings and equipment schedule was procured and manufactured ready for installation. After rigorous quality control at our factory the turnkey fit-out was carried out over a 4 day period prior to final handover to the client.
