Walls, floors and ceilings are designed and manufactured using a light steel frame capable of building 3 storey structures. 4 storey structures, or those incorporating heavy plant rooms or complex roof loads, utilise a combination of hot rolled sections and light steel infill panels. Care Pod has been engineered for maximum structural, fire and acoustic performance.
Interiors are created to client specifications and are delivered to site as fully finished modules including all finishes, lighting, heating, air conditioning, furniture, carpets, doors and windows and complete with a fully finished en-suite bathroom. Specialist care equipment, such as overhead ceiling tracks for hoists and nurse-call systems, can also be fully integrated.
