Hawk takes great care in the design of catering facilities and we ensure that they are fit for purpose and conform to all the relevant legislation. We take a scientific approach and will design in flexibility, to ensure that wholesome food can still be safely supplied in the event of loss of power or services. A professional eye is always kept on food safety and HACCP.

Increasingly kitchenettes are designed into lounge areas to aid independence where appropriate.
We design these kitchens with the client in mind and ensure that a full risk assessment is made and the kitchen is accessible and functional.
Special Access Kitchens
Our access kitchen is domestic in appearance, but designed, manufactured and installed to aid clients with complex needs, whether the client is an amputee, quadriplegic or wheelchair user.
