5 Care Village fit-out
The success of this £64M PFI project was partly due to the intensive involvement of Hawk from the early planning stage through to full completion.
We began by understanding and analysing our client, Avantage and Cheshire County Council, needs and objectives. Our structure and tried and tested business process ensured a client-focused delivery of our extensive range of services and products to the project.
As part of a PFI project, we carried out the supply, manufacture, and installation of all the common areas fixtures and fittings over five care villages at Handforth, Ellesmere Port, Middlewich, Winsford and Crewe, a total of 433 apartments. In addition, we also supplied and project managed the kitchen fit-outs, including all white goods, for all apartments over all 5 villages.
